Excellent staff and fantastic location to everything in Florence, everything was very good. Had airy, huge room with free minibar, the extra `` bravo '' plus excellent facilities. Location: the hotel was just off Firenze. The place was close to Giubbe Rosse, where you can have dinner.

It was in the heart of Florence, and a short walk to an unusual and inspirational church. The service was good, including a great breakfast with delicious cappuccino and prosciutto, as example. The vibe here was quiet!

The staff here were really friendly and always ready to help with any requests we had.

Thanks to the POLITE staff everything was good, including a lot offresh food. Excellent rooms, great breakfast. A lot of facilities like: coffee and soundproof windows.

I stayed at the Kf Deluxe B&B for three nights and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, overlooking the plaza and within walking distance to all major sites. The small elevator was convenient for bags, and the windows effectively shut out noise when needed. The breakfast was good, the staff was friendly, and the shampoo and conditioner were high quality. I would stay here again without hesitation if the windows were updated.
